1. True Processing Cost (30%) — All-in cost for three merchant profiles: retail, e-commerce, and high-ticket. Interchange-plus vs. flat-rate comparison included.
2. Payout Speed & Reliability (20%) — Standard payout timing, instant deposit availability, and reliability issues from real merchant reports.
3. Fraud Protection & Chargeback Tools (20%) — Built-in fraud detection, chargeback dispute tools, and account stability.
4. Platform Integration & Developer Tools (15%) — API quality, SDK availability, and Shopify/WooCommerce compatibility.
5. Pricing Transparency (15%) — Are all fees disclosed upfront? We penalize platforms with buried fee structures.
